I’m Jordan Lafferty, a full time Realtor serving Monroe and communities throughout Southern Wisconsin. I work with buyers and sellers across Green, Lafayette, Rock, Dane, Iowa and surrounding counties, but what matters most to me isn’t the number of transactions I close. It’s the people I get to know along the way!

I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares about the outcome. Someone they can call with the question they think is silly, who will explain things in a way that actually makes sense, tell them the truth even when it isn’t necessarily what they hoped to hear, and make sure they never feel like they’re navigating the process alone. My experience ranges from first time home buyers and sellers to rural properties, farmland, new construction, investment properties and commercial real estate. I’ve learned that no two properties, situations or people are exactly alike, and I don’t believe the way I serve my clients should be one size fits all either. I’m proud to serve Monroe, Darlington, New Glarus, Brodhead, Monticello, Argyle, Blanchardville, Juda, Gratiot, Browntown, South Wayne, Janesville, Beloit, Verona, Mount Horeb, Madison, and communities throughout Southern Wisconsin. I also serve in the Northwoods area of Wisconsin!
