I specialize in helping sellers prepare and list their homes as well as investors that plan to turn properties into rental homes.  My family has a long history of being in real estate.  I have owned and managed personal rental properties long before I had my license for over 25 years. 

Personally, I enjoy connecting with the community in new ways.  I spend a lot of time outdoors with my husband and German Shepherd, Luna.  I enjoy biking or paddle boarding and kayaking on the Guadalupe River,  the San Marcos River, and Canyon Lake.  I am also a sound bath meditation facilitator and enjoy sharing the meditation practice, with instruments, with the community.
