Luis Salazar

As a life-long resident of Merced County, I have a deep-rooted connection to various communities up and down the valley.  Born in Merced, lived in Planada. Merced, Atwater and Livingston give the me hands-on knowledge of those respective areas.  Being one of the first generations of my family to be a homeowner has ignited a passion in me to help others achieve the same. 

It may seem out of reach or impossible for some, but i hope to be a resource to help shed light on how, with the proper planning, homeowner ship can be achieved by everyone. I strive to stay current on the latest trends and data, transferring that to my clients so they are also up to speed. 

 My #1 goal as a Realtor, is to provide my clients with all of the necessary information they need to make the best possible decision with their real estate transactions.
