Meet Susan Burch

Montana has been home to me since 2009, when I moved here from Idaho to raise my family. My older children graduated from Capital High School, and in 2024, my husband and I welcomed a baby boy into our lives. We recently purchased our dream property, where we’re building our home from the ground up. Surrounded by two energetic border collies, three cats, plus a flock of chickens and ducks, life is always whole—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Before real estate, I spent over 20 years in the dental profession, building long-lasting relationships based on trust and care. My first step into real estate was through investing, which quickly grew into a passion for helping others with their own property goals.
