Kelly Badertscher

Hi! I’m Kelly Badertsher, a native of Southern Wisconsin.  My family has lived and farmed in the Rock, Green, Dane and Grant County area for many generations. My passion for real estate started very early, from the first renovation of my grandparent’s farmhouse at age 19.

As a business owner and investor, for over 35 years, my experience and studies include: Real Estate investing, renovations, marketing, and being a great REALTOR for my clients. I find it very rewarding helping others to find their dream homes from first-time home buyers to sellers downsizing, to helping investors build their portfolios, and all the life changes in between I enjoy coming along side and getting you from start to finish.

Being part of EXIT Professional Real Estate has allowed me to specialize in farm as well as land sales. I take great pride in getting the details right the first time to make purchasing or selling a simple as possible so my clients enjoy the buying and selling process.

In addition to real estate, my husband and I enjoy renovating our ranch home, gardening, and traveling. My greatest love is spending time with family and friends.
