About Suzanne
Happy Day, my name is Suzanne Olcott. I was born and raised in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, and still reside there. I graduated from the University of Alabama as an All-American 2nd baseman. I was selected to be inducted into the 1st inaugural Vestavia Hills Hall of Fame. I am passionate about Real Estate and making a difference in the lives of others. As a licensed agent, I will use the same determination, passion, and hard work to help you with your real estate needs as I did when becoming a Division 1 Collegiate Athlete. I have been in the real estate business since 2003 I bought my first investment property, and I have been in full-time real estate since 2018. Being from and having livedin Vestavia for over 40 years, I have much knowledge of the area and surrounding areas. I also have experience with investment properties, such as rentals and flips in Birmingham and surrounding areas. I have participated in over 300 real estate transactions in the past few years. I have joined Exit Realty Birmingham because they are committed to working together as a team and not just as individuals. With my sports background, there’s a belief that there is “no” I in team, so together, we will make your real estate dreams happen. With my background and access to excellent training, I strive to offer excellence to each client. I love spending time outdoors, adventuring, hiking, and camping in my free time. I am very family-oriented and love spending time with my family. I am married to my soulmate, and I have a daughter at Auburn who graduated from VHHS. I also have a son who’s a freshman at VHHS. I have four pups (YES, I said four. Well, it's 3.5 because one is tiny). I have three siblings who all went to VHHS, and we all live within 3 miles of each other!
