I am originally from northeast Ohio and my wife and I relocated to Florida after our youngest daughter graduated high school and Southwest Florida is now HOME!

I am proud to assist buyers, sellers and investors with properties throughout southwest Florida including North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral and the surrounding communities.  I believe this area of the gulf coast is prime for rapid growth as the Sarasota area grows southward and Fort Myers/Naples grows northward.  Having made the move ourselves from the north to sunny Florida and experienced all of the trials that go along with buying a house in Florida, I am confident that I can help you whether you are relocating from a long distance, relocating locally or investing  into the local economy and find you the perfect home or property.
