Kim Hunter

Kim Hunter is a licensed REALTOR® serving Saint John and communities across Greater Saint John and Southwestern New Brunswick. As Director of Operations for EXIT Realty Specialists, she combines extensive experience in marketing, communications, business leadership, and customer service to help clients achieve exceptional real estate results.

Kim specializes in residential real estate, commercial real estate, downsizing, and seniors' housing. She holds the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation from CREA and is a Lifestyle 55+ MASTER REALTOR®, providing specialized guidance to seniors, retirees, and families navigating important life transitions. She is a great resource for estate sales when families are suffering from the death of a loved one. 

Before entering real estate, Kim founded and operated the award-winning Hunter Marketing & Communications, where she helped businesses build brands, grow market share, and achieve their goals through strategic marketing and communications. Her work earned numerous creative awards, including the Outstanding Business Achievement Award from the Saint John Board of Trade.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, Kim developed expertise in sales, negotiations, operations, and client service. Combined with her marketing background, this experience gives her a unique ability to market properties effectively, negotiate successfully, and understand the needs of both residential and commercial real estate clients.

A graduate of Carleton University with a degree in Communications and a former Certified Public Relations professional, Kim is known for her strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and commitment to delivering outstanding results for buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners throughout New Brunswick.
