Shonda Schilling

My family and I live in the small town of Akaska, SD. Together, my husband and I own and operate a hunting and fishing guide service with a full service lodge, along with managing several rental properties and a small motel. We have two teenage kids that are very active in our family business as well. I oversee most aspects of customer service and absolutely love meeting new people and welcoming back our old clients, catching up on news since we last talked. Our customers come from all over SD and across the Midwest, even as far as California and Texas. Many people ask me about moving to our great state, so because of that I am excited to join the Exit Realty team and assist in finding that perfect property, whether it be a new home, a vacation home, commercial real estate, farm ground or a rental property.
