I am Waldhys Rodoli. I grew up in Miami, Florida. My family and I moved to Tennessee in 2015, and we immediately became enamored with this beautiful state, its people, and the breathtaking natural amenities it offers.

I bring a diverse background of professional experience to help you as a home buyer or seller close the deal and find your next home. Prior to real estate I worked in the legal field, higher education, and local government, specifically planning and zoning, where I learned about local development processes that affect real estate. Whether buying or selling, I am committed to delivering incredibly well-informed customer service. I pride myself on being able to problem solve while at the same time not losing sight of the big picture: my client’s needs. I believe in honest communication, hard work, and educating my clients about the real estate process. 

I am married to my lovely wife Barbie, and we have 3 boys. I am fluent in English and in Spanish. Aporto un fondo diverso de experiencia profesional para ayudarlo como comprador o vendedor de vivienda cerrar el trato. Antes de trabajar como agente de bienes raíces, trabajé en el campo legal, la educación universitaria y el gobierno municipal, específicamente en planificación y zonificación, donde aprendí sobre los procesos de desarrollo local que afectan a los bienes raíces. Ya sea comprando o vendiendo, me comprometo a brindar un servicio al cliente increíblemente bien informado. Me enorgullezco de ser capaz de resolver problemas y, al mismo tiempo, no perder de vista los más importante: las necesidades de mis clientes. Creo en la comunicación honesta, en una buena ética de trabajo, y en educar a mis clientes sobre el proceso inmobiliario.
