As a licensed Real Estate professional with 6 years of experience, I have successfully closed over 30 transactions, including two commercial deals. My expertise lies within the North Central Florida region, with a proven track record that stretches all the way to the east coast. In addition to my Real Estate Closings, I hold a CAM license and effectively manage over 7 HOAs and Condos in the heart of Gainesville, FL. Having called Alachua county home for over a decade and attending Santa Fe College, I have cultivated an in-depth understanding of the unique and charming corners of ?The Swamp?.

 

Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy various activities such as attending church, staying active through workouts at the gym and run club, engaging in enriching clubs such as ToastMasters, exploring tropical destinations with close friends, and holding the #1 spot of favorite auntie with my 3 nephews and 2 nieces. My beloved companion, Diesel, adds an extra layer of warmth and love to my life. I adopted Diesel the same year I started Real Estate from a local shelter in Gainesville; Faithful Friends Pet Rescue. 

 

Real Estate has always held a special place in my heart, stemming from witnessing my father's work in luxury construction as a young girl. This early exposure ignited my passion for the industry, leading me to achieve my real estate license immediately after high school. I am dedicated to helping clients find the home of their dreams! I started my Real Estate journey at Dawn Realty and served as the active Office Manager for 10 years and then an active Sales Agent for 6 years. I have now switched to EXIT Realty in pursuit of my CAM licensing.
