Julie Waters

I was born and raised in Kentucky, but I have proudly called Tennessee home for more than 25 years. My husband, Shad, and I have been married for 29 years, and we call the charming town of Portland, Tennessee, home. We have three wonderful children. Our oldest, Greylynn, and her husband, Dylan, also live in Portland, where she is a first-grade teacher at J.W. Wiseman Elementary. Our son, Fletcher, attends Portland High School and is interested in pursuing a career in welding, while our youngest, Azzie, keeps us busy with her love of soccer.

In my spare time, you can usually find me running kids from place to place, attending concerts with my family, or planning our next getaway. Some of our favorite places to vacation are the Smoky Mountains and the beach.

Real estate has always been close to my heart. My mother was a real estate broker in Russellville, Kentucky, for many years, so I grew up seeing firsthand the relationships and opportunities that come with helping people buy and sell homes. I can still remember being a little envious when she would call me during the day while she was out enjoying the sunshine and showing clients property!

Today, I’m proud to be a licensed real estate agent in both Tennessee and Kentucky, allowing me to help clients on both sides of the state line. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for your next one, or preparing to sell, I would love the opportunity to help.
