About Mahfuz
My name is Mahfuz Alam, and I'm a real estate salesperson with EXIT Realty
Premium. For the past 10 years, I have been living in Kings Borough, New York
City, witnessing this community grow into the vibrant and dynamic place it is
today. I'm dedicated to assisting buyers, sellers, and investors with properties in
my community and throughout New York. My focus is on helping first-time buyers
find their ideal, affordable home, as well as simplifying the real estate process for
seniors.
My mission is to serve everyone, especially New York City residents, by guiding
them through the complex real estate market with ease and confidence. As a
police officer in NYC, I dedicated my career to supporting the community, and
now I'm channeling that same commitment to helping you find the right property
or investment. I am fluent in Bengali and also understand hindi.

Originally from Bangladesh, I moved to New York City with my family when I was
21. I earned an associate degree in engineering science from the Borough of
Manhattan Community College and later studied Computer Engineering at the
City University of New York, Brooklyn. Living in NYC and connecting with people
from all different backgrounds, I enjoy being a part of this community and helping
its residents achieve their property dreams whether buying, selling, or investing.
