Hello, my name is Charlotte Zimmermann and I am your realty expert.  I have lived in Tennessee for over 50 years from Chattanooga to Knoxville and now in the Nashville area.  My husband and I moved here several years ago to be close to our sons, their wives and our beautiful grandbabies.
