Meet Mike Hansen

Having lived in Spokane my entire life and having a son attending WSU (GO COUGS), I have a great feel for the community. I have lived on the South Hill, in the Valley, and currently reside on the Northside which gives me extensive knowledge of the area. I am very passionate about skiing and mountain biking, which has given me an even greater appreciation for the area.

Since starting my real estate career in 2020 I have worked with my father, Greg Hansen, who had 40 years of experience until he retired. During that time, I represented buyers and sellers in acreage, vacant land, as well as residential transactions.

Now with EXIT Real Estate Professionals, I get along well with other brokers because of my communication skills, which makes other brokers want to work with me. I am available evenings and weekends and promptly communicate in my client's preferred manner: phone, email, or text.

I write extensive property descriptions, have an excellent photographer and great marketing plans. I will help with all the necessary inspections and will guide you step by step through the process.

My favorite part of real estate is helping people achieve their dream of home ownership and seeing them make it "their" home. I am straight-forward, detailed and do things the right way.
