Tiffany Dillard is a real estate broker with EXIT Strategy Realty working with home renters, buyers, sellers and investors in the greater Chicagoland area including the south, west and north side suburbs.

Integrity is the key to every real estate transaction. My first home-buying experience led me to my career in real estate. I knew I wanted to do a better job than the agent who seemed to only care about a commission check. I begin each relationship by educating my clients on what to expect and I keep them informed all way through closing and beyond. I encourage clients to ask questions and pledges to always be transparent, even if I have to share news they may not want to hear.
