About Johnathan
Hey! My name is Johnathan LePage-Billard, I'm a real estate professional in the HRM area and I want to help you make your dream of owning a home a reality!
Some info on me, I am a new agent with lots of time for you! I went to Saint Mary’s University and completed a bachelors of commerce with a major in entrepreneurship. I had been an owner/operator for Student Works for 3 years where I ran a painting business and eventually fell in love with selling.
Our brokerage has hundreds of years of experience between everyone so no matter what it is, we can handle it! Personally, I am fully bilingual in both FRENCH and ENGLISH, and with optimized systems integrated with AI, along with tried and true marketing strategies. I am committed to get you the best deal possible whether buying or selling!
Outside of the office I am a massive gym rat focusing on calisthenics and strength training. Besides the gym I am also an avid pool player, currently in the Men’s Metro Pool League in Halifax Nova Scotia.
