Chelsea Cogswell

My name is Chelsea Cogswell, and I’m proud to call Fredericton and Oromocto home. Born in Fredericton and raised primarily in Oromocto, I come from a Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) family and have witnessed the incredible growth and development of this vibrant community over the years.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in home care and later served 12 years with the Royal Canadian Artillery. My military background instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, reliability, and efficiency—qualities I now bring to every real estate transaction. I take pride in following through on every detail to ensure my clients have a smooth and rewarding experience.

I’m passionate about real estate, but more importantly, I love connecting with people. Learning what matters most to my clients—whether it's their dream home, first property, or next investment—is what drives me. As a newly licensed REALTOR®, I devote time to understanding the neighbourhoods my clients are drawn to and love making that perfect match between buyer and seller.

When I was young, I loved playing the game Perfection—fitting each piece into its rightful place before time ran out. That same feeling of satisfaction is what I experience today when I help clients find “the one.” It's about timing, connection, and the joy of getting it just right.

I also give back to the community I love by serving on the Oromocto Hospital Foundation Board and as a proud member of the Oromocto Rotary Club.
