About Wayne
Wayne, originally from the scenic island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, moved to New York at 15 and completed high school in the Bronx. Throughout his years in New York, he’s lived in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Long Island, before settling in Sidney, upstate New York, with his family.
With an Associate in Applied Science degree from Collin College in McKinney, Texas, Wayne brings a strong background in property and casualty insurance, having worked in the industry for over 10 years. This experience has given him a keen understanding of property values, risk management, and the financial aspects of real estate transactions—skills he now applies to help his clients make informed, confident decisions.
Wayne’s passion for real estate is driven by his commitment to providing the highest level of service. In addition to his professional achievements, Wayne and his life partner expanded their family in 2016 by adopting three siblings, as well as two dogs, “Oliver,” a Dalmatian, and “Blue,” an Old English Sheepdog.
