Hey there, I’m Jennifer Cogle; your hometown girl with a heart for helping others find their place to call home.

I grew up in the heart of rural Cullman County, Alabama, where life revolved around faith, family, friends and working the land. Our home was often filled with music, basketball, game night with snacks and plenty of laughter! From a young age, I learned the value of harvesting what we had planted; corn, peas, beans, peanuts and lots more, and the joy of sharing all of these blessings with friends and neighbors. That upbringing gave me a deep appreciation for hard work, self sufficiency and the great joy that comes from gathering with loved ones in a space that is truly yours.

My passion and calling is helping others create those same kinds of memories in a home and community that they love. Wether it’s your first home, your forever home or a piece of land to build your dreams on, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

As a Mother to four grown children and one energetic 7 year old, I know firsthand just how busy life can get. That is why I am committed to making the buying or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible! My goal is to always listen, guide and advocate for my clients as if they were part of my own family.

When I am not working with clients or searching for the perfect property, you will likely find me singing hymns at local nursing homes with the residents there. A simple joy that brings light to my soul when I see the light on the precious faces of the wethered souls and the way my little one enjoys it too. I believe in the power of connection and community, and I am so excited and proud to help build that right here at home.
