Rosalee Demchak

My name is Rosalee Demchak, and I’m a Dutchess County REALTOR® who helps buyers and sellers navigate the decisions, details, and unexpected moments that come with real estate. I take a patient, practical approach and give first-time buyers the extra support they need to feel prepared.

As a retired first responder with veterans and seniors in my own circle, I bring a personal understanding to serving first responders, veterans, and those buying or selling in 55+ communities.

I live and work in Dutchess County, support our local businesses, and proudly serve as the incoming 2027 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Dutchess Network.
