Shannan is a realtor with a passion for condominiums, townhouses, and beautiful old homes, and has fallen in love with Edgewater. Shannan has been married to Terry since 1990, and they have DIY renovated 5 homes during their "starter marriage," though they have realized that they are too old for that stuff nowadays and Shannan has retired her tiling trowel. Shannan has a grown son and daughter who have emigrated to Oklahoma for avocados the size of dragon eggs and a beautiful Oklahoma State 'Poke daughter-in-law. Shannan now has THE most adorable grandson named Sullivan who will probably be on the PGA tour by the time he is 20 years old.
