Manuela Acevedo

Hello, my name is Manuela Acevedo. I’m a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Exit Realty Connections in Wappingers Falls, New York. I moved to Dutchess County in 1998, from NYC in the Inwood area. I became fascinated with the Hudson Valley and have lived here ever since.

I am a proud mother of two adult children that were born in LaGrange, NY and still live in the area.  When I am not working servicing my clients or spending time with family, I enjoy playing volleyball, dancing, volunteering and traveling. I would love to be your trusted real estate salesperson.  

I transitioned to Real Estate after a long career in the corporate world, having worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies with a background in Pricing, Business Planning, and Financial Reporting and Analysis.  As a results-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, my passion and focus are making a difference in people’s lives.  I know the importance of buying or selling your home, therefore, I work hard to make that experience as memorable and smooth as possible.  I have a large network of professional lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and surveyors, to facilitate the process. I will be there for you every step of the way to a successful closing!
