Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Krystal Portis brings a diverse background in customer service, banking, financial services, and insurance to her real estate career. Her professional experience has shaped her into a relationship-driven professional who understands the importance of trust, communication, attention to detail, and putting people first. Krystal studied Business at Bishop State Community College and holds licenses in Property & Casualty Insurance as well as Health & Life Insurance. She is also a licensed real estate professional in both Alabama and Texas, allowing her to serve clients across two markets she proudly calls home.Passionate about real estate, Krystal enjoys helping buyers navigate the journey toward homeownership and assisting sellers in positioning their properties for success. She believes real estate is about more than buying or selling a property—it’s about understanding each client’s goals, educating them throughout the process, and creating a personalized experience built on confidence and trust.Family is at the heart of who Krystal is. Outside of real estate, she enjoys sewing and designing, reading, traveling, and following sports. After transitioning to Texas, she proudly adopted the Dallas Cowboys as her team—bringing a little of her Alabama roots and Texas spirit together.
