Jahmal Payne

My name is Jahmal Payne, and I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Tennessee. I specialize in residential and commercial real estate from Bartlett, to Cordova, Collierville, East Memphis, Germantown TN, and all surrounding areas. I consider myself to be a servant, but also a guide. Buying or selling a home is a long process that can be challenging, which is why it is important to work with an agent who can alleviate these challenges as much as possible. A great agent will make the home buying or selling process feel like a walk with a partner clients' can trust to get them to their desired destination. This process is made to be even easier when that agent is aligned with a great team.

 I believe it is important to know about the person you would be choosing to entrust in helping you through the process of one of the biggest decisions a person will ever make. This decision of course being selling, buying, or even building your dream home. After living in several different parts of the Memphis area, I have spent the majority of my adult life working in the mental health field. This has allowed me to build a report with individuals of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate through the complexities of life. I've formed a genuine passion over the years for understanding the needs and concerns of others, but I find even more fulfillment in working hand and hand with those I work with to ease stress and find solutions. I understand how to talk, listen, analyze, and apply knowledge to help clients reach a desired outcome.
