Having moved from Ukraine to the U.S. 15 years ago, and later relocating my own family to Venice, I understand firsthand both the excitement and challenges of finding the perfect home in a new place. I live in Venice with my husband and three children, and I’m grateful every day for the Gulf Coast lifestyle—sunsets at Nokomis Beach, local community events, and the small-town warmth that makes this area so special.
