About Jannet
Jannet Cross is a licensed Realtor in Maryland and Pennsylvania and a member of the PenMar and National Association of Realtors. She is proud to join the Exit Preferred Realty family. As an Exit Real Estate professional, Jannet has access to a vast library of resources including cutting- edge technology and tools to help her effectively communicate with and support her clients. She has been active in the real estate industry for 10 years as an owner, investor, and property manager. Jannet is excited to add licensed real estate salesperson to her resume. She has recently sold and purchased her family home and relocated her family, so she is in a unique position to support clients along any part of their real estate journey, wether buying, selling, or renting a home.
Jannet has lived, worked, and played in the Washington County, MD and Franklin County, PA area for over 10 years. She loves the PenMar community in the valley and in the Catoctin mountains, and its lifestyle balancing both rural and urban communities with natural and historic landscapes. She is active in church and school communities through sports and music boosters, parent groups, youth programs, HARCC, community theater, and more. Raising her family here has given Jannet an in depth knowledge of and appreciation for our local communities and neighborhoods.
In partnership with her husband Mike, she has invested in and renovated many distressed properties. They are happy to give local neighborhoods a facelift while keeping quality housing affordable for local families and individuals.
