Christina Treadway

My name is Christina Kay Treadway. I'm a licensed Florida Realtor with a background in Sales and Finance, I have been licensed in Real Estate since 2016 and Realtor since 2023.  Whether you're planning on building your legacy, downsizing, or looking at real estate investing in Florida or beyond, I am here to help you.  With over ten years of experience in banking and financial planning I will work for you to negotiate the best terms when buying and selling. I live and work locally in Green Cove Springs with my husband and our dog Molly, a jug pug mix. I'm a current member and former Chair of the Board of the Environment Committee of the Village Improvement Association, a local charity that supports the community. I'm also a member and  support the Preservation and Historical Society of Clay County. I really enjoy seeing our small community advance and expand while remaining true to it's roots and history through the expression of art and culture.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in History with a Master's certification in Medieval History from London University, Birkbeck and had a 4.0 gpa towards an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Business. Maybe someday I'll finish my MBA or continue my studies in History over in Europe.
