About Melody
With more than 25 years as a business owner and 12 years in real estate, I bring hands-on experience, unwavering honesty, integrity, and creativity to every project. My background ranges from bookkeeping and serving as CFO of an entertainment magazine to managing VRBO cleanings and providing daily care for the elderly and disabled. Wearing many hats has taught me how to work with people from all walks of life and solve problems in a moments notice. When I’m not working I can be found soaking up the sun at the beach, hiking with my family, or baking cookies.
I love real estate! Especially architecture and landscapes and I’m passionate about renovating homes. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty: I’ve climbed to the very top of a second-story ladder to paint trim myself. When something needs to be done, “no,” “I can’t,” or “I don’t know how” aren’t in my vocabulary. I’m resourceful, persistent, and committed to finding solutions.
