My name is Michelle Lilly, and I proudly serve homeowners, buyers, and investors throughout Miramichi, the surrounding rural communities, and up to the Bathurst region. Originally from Ontario, I moved to New Brunswick at a young age, completing my schooling in Miramichi and becoming deeply rooted in the community I now serve.

Because of my background across both provinces, I’ve developed a strong client base in Ontario and locally, leading me to specialize in helping out-of-province buyers transition into New Brunswick with confidence. I know the questions people don’t know to ask, the lifestyle differences they’re not warned about, and the opportunities they often miss.

With over 8 years in the real estate market and more than 5 years as an investor and property manager, I bring hands-on knowledge that goes far beyond unlocking doors.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in:

• Construction: giving me practical insight into renovation costs, building quality, red flags, and value-adding improvements

• Banking: providing financial fluency in mortgages, HELOCs, investment properties, and creative financing options

• Sales Experience: where I learned how to negotiate effectively, communicate clearly, and advocate for my clients’ best outcomes

• Search & Rescue: yes, I really do find things for a living…including your next home
