Hello, my name is Patrice Carter, and I am an affiliated broker with Exit Wise Master Builders Realty.  I am excited to serve cities and communities within the state of Tennessee.  As a Memphis native, I am excited to serve the great communities of Shelby County and the surrounding counties in Tennessee.  As a certified educator for over 18 years, my commitment and responsibility are to support and create learning experiences for my students, and as an affiliated broker, I am committed to doing the same for my clients.

As an affiliate broker, I honed my abilities in buyer advocacy and seller advocacy, providing a firm foundation with a people-centric nature.
