Chris Sonnier brings a unique blend of legal expertise, business strategy, and client advocacy to his real estate career at EXIT Elevate Real Estate.. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Chris and his wife relocated to Nashville in 2018 after falling in love with Middle Tennessee’s charm, opportunity, and community.

Before transitioning into real estate, Chris spent nearly two decades as an attorney in private practice, representing individuals, businesses, and executive boards in a wide range of matters. His experience advising organizations on operations and long-term strategy gives him a sharp eye for contracts, negotiations, and protecting his clients' best interests, skills that translate seamlessly to residential and investment real estate.

Chris is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is also a licensed insurance broker in property, casualty, health, and life—adding an extra layer of knowledge to support his clients in every transaction.

Chris and his wife live in the heart of Music City, where they enjoy trying out the newest local hot spots and live music events.  In his spare time Chris enjoys Fishing, Hunting and spending time with family and friends.
