Steve Bunn

Steve Bunn is a licensed real estate agent with EXIT Realty, proudly serving Polk County and the surrounding Chattanooga area. A Chattanooga native, Steve graduated from Brainerd High School and went on to earn an Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Following graduation, Steve built a successful 23-year career with Shaw, where he developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, attention to detail, and project management—skills that now translate seamlessly into real estate. After retiring from Shaw in 2022, Steve chose to pursue real estate as a way to connect with people and serve the community he has always called home.

Steve spent his childhood and early adult life enjoying the rivers and outdoors of Polk County, an area he knows and loves deeply. Having found his forever home there, he brings firsthand local knowledge and genuine passion to every client interaction.

Specializing in residential and land sales, Steve is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with honesty, clear communication, and personalized service.
