Al Ziviello is a Virginia-licensed real estate professional serving buyers and sellers throughout Virginia’s Northern Neck. A resident of the Northern Neck since 2005, Al brings a consultative, service-first approach to helping clients navigate the purchase or sale of a property with confidence.

Before entering real estate, Al built a 36+ year career in high-level sales, account management, and relationship management, including many years as an Account Executive supporting major U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense customers. That experience shaped the strengths he brings to real estate today: clear communication, strong negotiation, attention to detail, and steady guidance throughout the process.

Al works with clients across a range of property types, including primary residences, retirement homes, second homes, country properties, and waterfront homes. His broad knowledge of the Northern Neck market, combined with firsthand experience enjoying the region’s lifestyle, helps clients make informed decisions based on their goals and priorities.

The water has always been part of Al’s life. He grew up boating and fishing on Long Island, New York, and since moving to the Northern Neck, he has spent years exploring the area’s rivers, creeks, and waterways by boat. He also enjoys many of the local traditions that make this region special, including crabbing and raising oysters. That personal connection gives him added insight when helping clients evaluate waterfront and water-oriented properties, while his service approach and market knowledge benefit buyers and sellers across the entire region.
