As a lifelong resident of the Richmond area, I bring a deep understanding of the communities that make Central Virginia such a great place to live. I grew up in Henrico County before spending my later years in Goochland, giving me firsthand knowledge of both suburban and rural lifestyles. After college, I purchased my own first home back in Henrico, which gave me a personal appreciation for the excitement, challenges, and importance of homeownership.

I attended Virginia Commonwealth University, where I earned a degree in History. My time at VCU allowed me to develop a strong appreciation for Richmond's rich heritage, diverse neighborhoods, and continued growth. From the city itself to the surrounding counties, I know the area well and enjoy helping clients find the community that best fits their lifestyle, goals, and future plans.

Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent ten years in banking, working in consumer banking, commercial banking, and mortgage lending. This experience gives me a unique financial perspective that benefits my clients throughout the buying and selling process. I understand lending, financing, and the numbers behind a real estate transaction, allowing me to help clients make informed decisions with confidence.

While I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers, I have a special passion for helping first-time homebuyers. Purchasing a first home can feel overwhelming, especially with so many decisions to make along the way. I love educating my clients, answering questions, and helping them navigate every step of the process so they feel comfortable and empowered throughout their home-buying journey.
