Jeremiah Minogue

I’m Jeremiah Minogue, a Colorado Associate Broker with EXIT Realty serving Pueblo, Pueblo West, Colorado Springs, and communities across Southern Colorado. My background is rooted in construction, business leadership, and hands-on experience with the homes, land, and trades that shape our region.

I lead operations at Pueblo Electrics, a long-standing Southern Colorado electrical contractor, and stay closely involved in the local construction community through leadership with the Pueblo General Contractors Association and service on the local electrical apprenticeship committee. Through years of working across the construction industry, building my own home, and collaborating with professionals in multiple trades, I’ve developed a practical understanding of what makes a property valuable, functional, and built to last.

I also pay close attention to the economic factors that influence real estate, from interest rates and lending conditions to local supply, demand, construction costs, and business trends. That perspective helps me guide clients beyond the surface of a property, so they can better understand value, timing, risk, and long-term opportunity when buying or selling.
