Known in her community as "The Accountant of Real Estate", Cheryl Powell is a real estate professional licensed with EXIT Southern Charm Realty serving the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas in Georgia specializing in first time homeownership, luxury and new construction home sales.

Cheryl, affectionately known as CJ, has been serving clients in her community since 2019, helping to guide them to make their homeownership dreams become a reality. A proud MS native at heart but over 20 years residency in Georgia, she understands the local real estate market and takes pride in educating her clients thru every phase of the process to make the best decision for one of the biggest investments in their life.

Cheryl has a passion for helping people. With her 20 year background in accounting, she combines that skillset with real estate effortlessly making the numbers behind the transaction make sense to her clients.
