I continue now on a new path and that path is help our State in teaching REALTORS staff instructor for the Texas Association of Realtors and a Texas Real Estate Commission along with offering Broker mentorship so that Brokers can make agents reach their potential and have a lifetime career in real estate.
My expertise in Commercial and Financial investment and analysis is years of working, financing and developing including investing my own monies. I manage and handle multi million dollar properties, negotiate with major retailers and their attorneys and work with many investors and large financial institutions who need a person with years of experience in the commercial field and not one who has never managed, negotiated and sold commercial properties and who is schooled in Residential real estate and never handled large deals which require speciality skills. .
