I am licensed in Minnesota and WIsconsin.

I've always been fascinated by land and have been affiliated with land my whole life. 

First as a farmer, then as a tradesman and contractor.. My experience has been in everything from developing, remodeling, new construction, and negotiating for buyers and sellers, single family homes, land and and mom and pop commercial buildings. I have owned and operated real estate including 12 single family homes, 6 duplexes, and a 24 unit apartment building. I built ,owned and managed a 10,500 square foot office building.

The concept of highest and best use can be applied to single family homes as well as to commercial property. To be a good guardian for your family and your investment dollars you should look at your property not only for what it is, but also for what it can be and what it can mean for you and yours.
