Kristen Trembinski is the Regional Leader of EXIT Realty Northern Ontario and is the Broker of Record/Co-Owner of EXIT Realty Lake Superior in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.  She is a third-generation Realtor(R) and recently celebrated her 15th year with EXIT. Her greatest passion is expanding the brand through the sale of franchises across Northern Ontario.  
 
Kristen's excitement for learning & travel brought her to the Copenhagen Business School where she studied International Management & Marketing.  She then obtained her MBA, with a specialization in Luxury Management, at the International University of Monaco. 
 
Kristen is an experienced Brokerage Operator who has consistently achieved the #1 Market Share position in the city.  With 39 agents, in 2020, the brokerage averaged 28 closed transaction ends per agent.  She teaches, trains and coaches both agents and franchisees for success.  In 2017 she was recognized as Broker of the Year for Canada by EXIT Realty Corp. International.
