My name is Melinda Harris, and I am deeply passionate about the world of real estate. Together with my daughter Amy and our dedicated transaction coordinator Linda, we form the dynamic Harris Team. Real estate has been a part of both Amy's and my life since childhood, with me serving as Broker  Associate and Amy as a REALTOR®. Our synergy brings a wealth of experience and a personalized touch to every client we serve through The Harris Team at EXIT Alliance Realty.

With more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, I've worn multiple hats, including REALTOR®, Broker/Agent, Sales Manager, and Broker/Owner. My expertise spans various niches, including luxury properties, residential sales, Trust and probate sales, Divorce sales, short sales, foreclosures, relocations, second homes, and investment properties. This multi-faceted experience is a tremendous asset to our clients and the Harris Team as a whole. A key focus of mine has been nurturing the skills of our team members, guiding them to master every facet of the real estate business. In my capacity as a Broker Associate and REALTOR®, I'm dedicated to providing our agents with effective systems, strong leadership, comprehensive training, and a motivational environment. Although originally from Nashville, TN, I've called California home since a young age. I've lived in Claremont, Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties, accumulating a wealth of local knowledge. While I indulge in music and wine collecting during my free time, my true passion lies in hockey. As a devoted NHL fan for years, I'm a regular presence at the arena during hockey season, but always reachable via phone or text.

Throughout my lifetime of learning, training, and experience, I've had the privilege to guide countless clients towards their aspirations. There's no greater satisfaction than handing the keys to a new homeowner or assisting clients in selling one of their most significant assets. I am genuinely passionate about my role in the real estate world, and I approach it with enthusiasm and dedication every day.
