Melinda Harris is a Broker Associate with EXIT Alliance Realty. She has been in the real estate business for almost 30 years and has been a Broker for more than 25 of those years. During that time she has gained experience as a REALTOR®, Broker/Agent, Sales Manager, and Broker/Owner and now Broker Associate at EXIT Alliance Realty. Melinda specializes in working with luxury properties, distressed properties, sales of short sales and foreclosures, relocations, light commercial sales and leasing. Her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to Melindas Clients and her team. She is passionate about helping her team develop their skills and master every aspect of the real estate business ensuring all of her teams clients receive the level of service she would provide herself.

Melinda is committed to providing her team with efficient systems, leadership, training, and fostering a high-energy motivational atmosphere. The success of her Team is success that the entire team shares in, and nothing makes her happier than to see her team succeed. She takes her responsibility as a Broker Associate and Team Rain Maker seriously and has become one of the best trained in the business. She has become a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), EcoBroker Certified and an Equator Platinum Certified Broker as well. She has also completed training with some of the industrys leading REALTORS®, Brokers, and best known Trainers. She trains her Team to be strong negotiators ensuring The Team clients get fabulous pricing, whether buying or selling. Our clients and team reach for and achieve their goals with the expertise working as a team provides.

Recognized as one of the top REALTORS® in Orange County by the Orange Coast Magazine, Melinda has been for many years a member of the Pacific West Association of REALTORS® (PWAOR), the Orange County Association of REALTORS® (OCAR), the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and she has sat on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals in Orange County, CA (NAHREP). She also gives back to the community volunteering with The American Cancer Societys Relay for Life, The Special Olympics, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Cure Autism Now, many women's organizations that help battered women and their children, and Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2 Million to Habitat for Humanity and built more than 10 Habitat Homes. She is a strong voice in support of Women Owned businesses in real estate and is an active member of NAWRB National Association of Women in the Real Estate Business.

Originally from Nashville, TN, Melinda is the only girl out of 6 siblings. She moved to California when she was 2 and lived in Orange County for 40+ years. In her free time Melinda enjoys music and wine collecting, but her personal passion is hockey; she has been a fan of the NHL for many years. If it is hockey season you can find her at the "Pond" on game days, but never more than a phone call away!
