About Scott
Scott Grace, Broker & Owner of EXIT Real Estate Professionals has been in the real estate business since 2006.
He specializes in Halifax-Area real estate. His multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to his clients and his agents. He is passionate about helping his agents to develop their skills and master every aspect of the real estate business ensuring all of his firm's clients receive the level of service he would provide to himself. He holds regular training and coaching sessions with his agents to ensure they are all as well trained as he is so they can serve their clients at an expert and exceptional level. Scott has served on the board of directors of the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS and is the current chair of the technology council committee. Scott has trained thousands of Real Estate agents across North America but his true passion is at home with his own clients and agents.

-16 years Full-Time Real Estate Experience specializing in the Halifax, Dartmouth, Sackville, Bedford & Beaver Bank Areas.
- Has won many sales awards for production at various levels.
-Successful Completion of EXIT Realty Corp. International's BrokerOwner training in 2008, 2013 & 2015.
-Recognized as the top Associate in Canada for company growth and development in the 2012-2013 production year.
-Licensed as a Managing Associate Broker & Broker since 2009 and broker since 2014 with the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission.
Served on the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS between 2014 & 2016.
