Some people measure success by the number of homes they've sold. I measure it by the lives I've had the privilege to impact.

My journey in real estate began in March 2007 with a simple goal: to serve people well. What started as a leap of faith quickly became a calling. In December 2010, I took another leap and opened EXIT Realty Preferred with just four agents, a big dream, and an unwavering belief that a brokerage could be built on integrity, mentorship, and genuine care for both clients and agents.

Today, while I'm incredibly proud to be a licensed REALTOR® and Broker/Owner, my greatest passion is developing successful real estate professionals and helping families make confident real estate decisions. I believe that when you invest in people, success naturally follows.

Everything I've built has come through hard work, sacrifice, long days, difficult decisions, continuous learning, and a willingness to invest in the future. None of it would have been possible without the unwavering support, belief, and trust of my family, the incredible agents who have chosen to grow alongside me, and above all, the grace of God.

Leadership, to me, isn't about being in front—it's about walking beside others, encouraging them, equipping them, and celebrating their victories as if they were my own. Whether I'm coaching a new agent, serving my community, mentoring future leaders, or helping a family find the perfect place to call home, my mission remains the same: to leave people better than I found them.

Real estate has given me far more than a career—it has given me the opportunity to build relationships, strengthen communities, and help others discover what's possible when they believe in themselves.

At the end of the day, my greatest accomplishment isn't the brokerage I've built or the awards I've received. It's the people who have trusted me with one of life's biggest decisions and the professionals who have grown into confident, successful careers because someone believed in them.
