Perry Grosz

Perry is a full-time Realtor with EXIT Realty Black Hills, serving Western South Dakota since 2007. A consistent top producer, he has earned the brokerage’s top-producer distinction in 2010, 2012, 2013, and every year from 2017 through 2025.

Perry brings a unique perspective to real estate. Before entering the industry, he spent 11 years building high-end custom homes in the Black Hills with a respected local contractor, including eight years as their foreman managing crews. That hands-on experience gives Perry an understanding of homes that goes far beyond what you’ll find in other real estate professionals. He knows how homes are built, what to look for, and what can turn a property into a great investment—or a costly surprise.
