Henrietta has devoted nearly forty years to helping clients achieve their real estate goals in Cornwall and the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas, and Glengarry. Specializing in residential properties, including multifamily homes and subdivisions, she works with both first-time buyers and experienced investors, ensuring every transaction is handled with care, strategy, and attention to detail.

Her commitment to excellence has earned her numerous accolades, including the 2017 Esprit De Corps Award at the EXIT International Convention in Dallas, Texas. Henrietta has also played a leadership role within the industry, serving as Chair of the Education Committee and facilitating the commercial real estate component of the Ontario real estate licensing program—supporting the development of new and experienced REALTORS® across the province.

Deeply rooted in her community, Henrietta remains actively involved both professionally and locally. She has supported initiatives such as managing a youth camp for the Sea Cadets and contributes to charitable efforts through EXIT Realty’s Spirit of EXIT program.

Raised on a local farm in a family of 12 children, Henrietta values hard work, integrity, and connection. Today, she continues to enjoy the Cornwall area, often cycling along the scenic St. Lawrence River.
