About Juana
Juana Beede is an award-winning REALTOR® and Principal Broker whose compassion, community roots, and unwavering dedication have made her one of Central Oregon’s most
trusted and consistently high-producing real estate professionals. Born in Peru and a proud Central Oregon resident since 2006, Juana brings more than 19 years of experience and
a heartfelt commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Since earning her license in 2007, she has guided more than 650 sellers and buyers through successful
transactions across Bend, Redmond, Sisters, La Pine, Prineville, Powell Butte, and the surrounding region.
Juana’s accomplishments include Top Agent honors, Real Estate Agent of the Year, and multiple Bronze Awards recognizing 25+ homes sold annually. As the owner and Principal
Broker of EXIT Realty Bend since 2021, she leads with integrity, humility, and a client-first philosophy. Known for her deep market knowledge, thoughtful communication, and
exceptional problem-solving skills, she has built a reputation for treating every client with the same care she gives her own family. Her specialties include sellers, buyers,
relocation, luxury homes, first-time homebuyers, new construction, and veteran support through programs such as Veterans United.

Outside of real estate, Juana treasures time with her husband Jeremy and their three beautiful children: Madison, Dylan, and Isabella. Her family, faith, and deep
