Kelly Deschamps 15 years of extensive knowledge and experience in short sales and bank owned properties provides her a unique view of real estate market trends that she shares with her clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires. She has apprenticed with Baird & Warner and Re/Max companies to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.

A longtime resident of the Downers Grove area, Kelly sells residential properties in Downers Grove, Darien, Woodridge, Naperville, Westmont, Plainfield, and the surrounding areas.

Kelly is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Illinois Association of Realtor (IAR), Main Street Organization of Realtors (Local MORe Board), and Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In addition, she is a member of the Downers Grove, Darien, Woodridge, and Burr Ridge/Willowbrook Chamber of Commerces and Zillow Premier Agents.

Kelly feels that being a Realtor is about more than joining professional associations, she believes Realtors should be involved in the communities where they work as well. She has served her community in many capacities from Northern Illinois Food Pantry, volunteering at her childrens school to Feed my Starving Children. She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.

In Kellys free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, scrapbooking, shopping, and playing board games.
