About Felix
Felix moved to Saint John 44 years ago and fell in love with the Port City. He spent 33 years in education as a teacher and administrator.
After always having interest in real estate he joined EXIT Realty Specialists 9 years ago and has been an award winning agent since 2010. He holds 3 University degrees, including a Master In Education, and is fluently bilingual.
Felix lives in Millidgeville with his wife, Carol. He enjoys spending time with his 2 granddaughters that live close by. Felix likes most sports and is an avid Sea Dogs fan. He says his biggest thrill in Real Estate is selling homes to some of his former students. His philosophy in Real Estate is honesty, and his clients come first.
