David Bathurst
A long time resident of Halifax and Bedford, David is a passionate full time REALTOR®, specializing in military relocations, single family homes, condos, in Halifax and surrounding areas.
Having lived in New York City, Montreal, Ottawa, Southern Ontario, Victoria BC and Halifax, and through his military career, David truly understands the stresses involved with moving and the buying, selling, and relocation process. His past experience from the IT industry and the Navy, enables him to coordinate the transaction details making the whole process of moving as stress free as possible and he uses the latest technology to market your home for maximum exposure in this digital age. His dedication and work ethic has earned him many awards having received EXIT Realty Metro's Ambassador Award 2014, Broker's Club Award 2015/106/2017 and Captains Club Award 2014/2018, Technology and Vision Award 2012/2013 and Community Spirit Award 2018, plus EXIT Corp International Nasby's Knuckles Door Knocking Award 2014.
David also believes REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work, and was recently recognized as Bedfords Volunteer of the Year for 2018 in Halifax Nova Scotia. He has served his community over the years assisting the Boy Scouts, Bedford Minor Soccer and Scotia Olympics Soccer Club, and is currently a life-time Trustee of the Canadian Naval Memorial Trust HMCS SACKVILLE, a long time active member of his local church council and university alumni club. David also sponsors two local youth hockey teams and supports the worthy cause of Paws Fur Thought with donations for PTSD Service Dogs for Veterans and First Responders from his real estate business.
