He has sold over ninety million dollars in resale and new development property, and he has a successful track record of negotiating in a myriad of scenarios.

 

Ken?s keen perspective, professionalism, and commitment make him a trusted authority when guiding his clients during turbulent deals and markets. He is adaptable to specific client needs and goals, and he is attuned to the many personal, financial, and logistical challenges that go into any sale.

 

With the help of Master Branding Strategist, Ryan Serhant, Ken continues to innovate by making Door Knocking his niche brand. In his spare time, he likes to noodle around on his guitar and when the weather is nice, he?ll be out on the ZX-11 Ninja. He volunteers with Salvation Army Foodbank, Square Roots Foodbank and makes frequent trips to New York where he has a passion to help serve with the largest Sunday School in the world, Metro World Child, in Brooklyn. Ken is married to Trish, his wife of 25 years and they have been blessed with 6 kids and their dog, Molly.
